1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Farm2Glass mobile applications ("Farm2Glass" for customers and "Farm2Glass Partner" for dairy owners) and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Farm2Glass ("us," "we," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Farm2Glass Platform

Farm2Glass is a digital platform connecting local dairy shops (doodhwalas) with their customers in India:

• Farm2Glass (Customer App): Allows customers to manage their milk subscriptions, view delivery status, make payments, and communicate preferences
• Farm2Glass Partner (Dairy App): Allows dairy owners to manage daily deliveries, track customer subscriptions, record payments, and generate reports

2.2 We Are a Platform, Not a Dairy

Farm2Glass provides technology services only. We do not sell milk, operate dairies, or employ delivery personnel. The actual milk delivery service is provided by independent dairy owners using our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One phone number can only be associated with one account

3.2 Account Types

• Customer Account: For individuals subscribing to milk delivery
• Dairy Partner Account: For dairy business owners/operators

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your phone and OTP codes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Customer Terms

If you are using Farm2Glass as a customer:

4.1 Subscription Service

• Your milk subscription is an agreement between you and your dairy partner
• Subscription terms (pricing, quantity, schedule) are set by your dairy
• You can skip deliveries or request extra milk through the app

4.2 Payments

• Pay in advance to maintain your subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Your balance is debited automatically for each delivery
• Negative balance (credit limit) is set by your dairy

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for advance payments are handled by your dairy partner directly. Contact your dairy for refund requests. Farm2Glass does not hold customer funds.

5. Dairy Partner Terms

If you are using Farm2Glass Partner as a dairy owner:

5.1 Business Operations

• You are solely responsible for your dairy business operations
• You must have proper licenses and registrations as required by law
• You set your own milk prices and subscription terms
• You are responsible for milk quality and delivery fulfillment

5.2 Customer Data

• You must obtain customer consent before adding their information
• You must handle customer data responsibly and securely
• You must not misuse the platform for spam or harassment

5.3 Payments

• Online payments from customers are processed by Razorpay
• Settlement terms are as per Razorpay's merchant agreement
• You are responsible for recording cash payments accurately

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Spam or harass other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content or viruses

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Farm2Glass and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
• The Farm2Glass name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• User-generated content remains owned by the user

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We do not guarantee the quality of milk delivered by dairy partners
• We do not guarantee payment disputes between customers and dairies will be resolved
• Technical issues, server downtime, or app bugs may occur

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Farm2Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Farm2Glass is not responsible for disputes between customers and dairy partners
• Farm2Glass is not liable for milk quality, delivery failures, or dairy business practices
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Farm2Glass (if any) in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farm2Glass from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Disputes between you and other users

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For suspected fraudulent activity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@Farm2Glass.in.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer-Dairy Disputes

Disputes regarding milk quality, delivery, or payments are between you and your dairy partner. Farm2Glass may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve such disputes.

12.2 Platform Disputes

Any disputes with Farm2Glass shall be resolved through:

1. First, contact our support at support@Farm2Glass.in
2. If unresolved, through mediation/arbitration in accordance with Indian law
3. Courts in [Your City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
